Our great teacher is nature – it manages to maintain a dynamic and sustainable system in which there is a high degree of networking, where flexibility and creativity come to life and cooperation enables new actions.
In nature, everything has its place. Their example can therefore encourage us to treat each other with mutual respect.

You will find these spaces in our three business divisions, which are perfectly interlinked.
Corporate Event: Over 30 years of experience cannot be expressed in a few sentences, so here are a few examples: outdoor team programs in the forest, on the meadow, on the water and between the treetops, creative creation of team sculptures and giant pictures, commitment to others - wood construction projects for social institutions.

Training: Here, experience, reflection and transfer are sensibly coordinated. Teams strengthen their collaboration and personal connection with one another. Managers support their employees in successfully dealing with the challenges of the dynamic working world and mobilizing hidden strengths. We accompany trainees on their individual career path and strengthen their social skills.

Academy: We offer training in adventure and environmental education, training and process support, coaching and wilderness education. An offer for people who want to educate and further train, train, coach, lead and accompany others and do their best. Zwerger & Raab GmbH is an accredited educational institution according to the Education Time Act of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

How is sustainability demonstrated during and especially after our events and training courses?

You will experience the content directly with many practical projects, with your head, heart and hands. The knowledge you gain forms a bridge to your professional and private environment. They become anchors in everyday life and leave a lasting impression. Concise theoretical inputs provide a solid basis and encourage you to think in new ways. When it comes to content, less is often more. This leaves time for personal exchange between participants and for your next concrete action steps. We accompany you in a process-oriented manner at our events so that you can stay on top of the topics that are currently important to you personally and to your organization.
